Its construction is 100% handmade in San Francisco, with all components securely sewn in place - no glue is used anywhere, ever. The fascinator can be worn anywhere on the head, and attaches to hair via a classic snap barrette.

The base is made of a resilient nylon mesh, gathered into a sweet, slightly cupped sweetheart shape. The top deck may be made from new or vintage materials, depending on the color. It's topped with a hand-tied petersham bow, with v-cut ends to prevent fraying. Button or rosette details may also be available.
