Ordering a Corset

Please fill out the following questionnaire and include it in an e-mail to me, preferably at the same time as you your measurements. Copy and paste the text below, delete the explanatory (unbolded) text, and fill in your own answers. If you are unsure or undecided on anything, leave it blank and discuss it with me.

Overall style? What is the overall look or impression you want this corset? For example, punk, romantic, basic, etc.
Overbust, midbust, or underbust? If an overbust style is desired, do you prefer a flat front or a more shaped bust?
Top and bottom shape: What kind of shape do you want along the top and bottom edges of your corset? Straight, pointed, rounded peaks, or something else?
Front closure? Yes/no. If yes, what kind? Busk, laces, zipper, button overlay? (A button overlay must be combined with another type of closure, as the buttons alone would not be strong enough.)
Lined? Lining adds another layer of stability, covers construction details, and adds visual interest.
Bone casings: Bones may be inserted into separate casings, either hidden inside or contrasting outside, or cased within the seam allowance. The latter is recommended for those for whom budget is a concern.
Fabric type: Color/print and fiber content. Multiple fabrics may be used on different panels to create the effect known as color blocking.
Modesty panel? Yes/no. Modesty panels are of the "floating" style.
Laces: Ribbon in a coordinating color or official corset laces in black or white.
